Mignogna Joins CNB Commercial Loan Office in Hollidaysburg

Hollidaysburg, PA – July 11, 2014
Joseph B. Bower Jr., President and CEO of CNB Bank, recently announced the appointment of Michael Mignogna to the position of Assistant Vice President/ Business Development. In this position, he will be responsible for developing and maintaining commercial loan relationships in the Blair County market. Mr. Mignogna will manage a broad array of available financial services for the local business community. 
“Mike has extensive experience in building customer loyalty and maintaining their trust,” said Mr. Bower. “We are pleased that he brings this knowledge to CNB and are confident he will serve local business clients well.”
Mr. Mignogna’s years of banking experience includes commercial lending positions within the Blair County region.  In addition, he served as the Director of Development and Finance for the Southern Alleghenies Planning & Development Commission. In this role he managed a commercial loan portfolio consisting of low interest government loans.
Mike’s background also includes work as an SBA loan specialist for SEDA-COG, responsible for marketing and processing loan applications for the Small Business Administration’s 504 and 7a loan programs, primarily to businesses located in western Pennsylvania. He has also achieved certification through the National Development Council, a program designed for development leaders and focused on analyzing financial information, structuring project financing and analyzing real estate development deals.
A native of Altoona, Mike is a 1982 graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle High School. In 1986, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State University.  Presently he resides in Altoona with his wife, Lois and their three daughters. Mike is actively involved in his community, serving on the Loan Review Committee for The Progress Fund and as a board member of the Blair Respiratory Disease Society.
