CNB Bank Combines Two Departments to Form Wealth & Asset Management Services Division

Clearfield, Pennsylvania – January 15, 2010

Joseph B. Bower, Jr., President & CEO of CNB Bank and CNB Financial Corporation [Nasdaq: CCNE], recently announced the Corporation combined the former Trust & Asset Management Services division with Wealth Management Services to create a single integrated financial services division, now named Wealth & Asset Management Services. The Wealth & Asset Management Services division is led by Senior Vice President/Managing Director, Todd Abrams.

Trust & Asset Management Services division has always provided customers with trust and estate services, financial planning and managed investment services, while the wealth management services has been providing self-directed investments and brokerage services, along with small business retirement plans. The new Wealth & Asset Management Services division will not only provide all of these products and services , but the collective team of consultants within the division now have the resources at their fingertips to direct customers to the appropriate solution. Each team member has an area of expertise and upon speaking with the customer, will be able to connect the customer with the consultant best equipped to help them reach their financial goals.
