Vincent C. Turiano, Senior Vice President/OperationsCNB Bank Appoints Turiano Senior Vice President/Operations

Clearfield, PA – December 15, 2009

William F. Falger, President and CEO of CNB Bank, recently announced the appointment of Vincent C. Turiano, as Senior Vice President/Operations of CNB Bank. This appointment is the result of Mr. Falger’s year-end retirement and the transition of Joseph B. Bower, Jr. to the position of President & CEO of CNB Bank. Mr. Turiano will have the overall responsibility for the operations of CNB Bank, with a concentration in Information Technology, Trust & Asset Management and Finance. He will work closely with other members of the executive management team in the preparation and execution of the bank’s strategic plan.

Mr. Turiano began his career in the financial services industry in 1973 as the Auditor for Hollidaysburg Trust Company. He then became Vice President and Treasurer for the same institution in 1981. And, in 1985 he was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. From 1985 through January 1994 he was Senior Vice President and Treasurer for Penn Central Bancorp, Inc. where he was responsible for the commercial operations and was Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Turiano was promoted in 1990 to Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hollidaysburg Trust Company, a $300 million subsidiary of Omega Financial Corporation. At this time, his responsibilities included the Lending, Trust and Retail divisions of the Bank as well as all business development activities. In 1994, Mr. Turiano became Executive Vice President of Omega Financial Corporation upon the acquisition of Penn Central Bancorp. In 2002, he was responsible for the start up and management of the Insurance and Retail Investment programs for Omega Financial Corporation. In this capacity he became President of Omega Insurance Agency, Inc. Also in 2002, he was named Executive Vice President of Omega Bank, N.A. and in 2004 added the management of Information Technology to Insurance and Retail Investment activities of Omega Financial Corporation, a $2 Billion financial services company.

In 2006, Mr. Turiano turned to Investment and Wealth Management services, and in his most recent position, served as a Financial Consultant for RBC Wealth Management (formerly Ferris, Baker, Watts), where his primary responsibilities were to acquire and manage client investment resources.

“We are very pleased to have someone with Vince’s experience join our team.  With the retirement of Bill Falger, we will see a lot of experience leave the management team and move to the Board room.  Vince will help fill that experience void and assist the management team in the future,” stated Joseph B. Bower, Jr., current Executive Vice President/COO and incoming President & CEO.

A native of Tyrone, Mr. Turiano earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance from Pennsylvania State University. He later graduated from School for Bank Administration at Bank Administration Institute. He currently resides with his wife, Elizabeth, in Hollidaysburg while he looks to relocate to the Clearfield area.

Mr. Turiano served as a board member for several organizations in the Blair County community. The organizations included Altoona/Blair County Development Corporation, Blair County Industrial Development Authority, Blair County General Authority, Central Pennsylvania Health Services, Altoona Regional Health System and Home Nursing Agency.
