News GRESLICK COMPLETES AMERICAN BANKERS ASSOCIATION STONIER NATIONAL GRADUATE SCHOOL CLEARFIELD, PENNSYLVANIA – JULY 17, 2009 Richard Greslick, Vice President of Operations at CNB Bank, has graduated from the American Bankers Association’s Stonier National Graduate School of Banking in Philadelphia. Stonier is ABA’s national graduate school of banking, an intensive three-year program for bank executives. Students are from the United States and international banks of all sizes, as well as state and federal regulatory agencies and other financial services organizations. This is the school’s 74th year, and it was held June 13-19, 2009 at the University of Pennsylvania. Since its inception in 1935, Stonier has continually modified and updated the curriculum and offers highly qualified faculty consisting of practicing bankers, academicians, banking regulators and industry consultants; highly qualified students with demonstrated ability to become senior executives; and an environment that promotes sharing of ideas and perspectives. Between sessions, Mr. Greslick kept up with trends by completing additional extension and online coursework. The program culminates with the Capstone Strategic Project, where students develop comprehensive business projects for their financial institutions. Greslick defended his business project, entitled “Meadville Expansion of ERIEBANK, a Division of CNB Bank” before a panel of experts as a qualification for graduation. “Rich continues to meet the challenges and responsibilities associated with the tremendous growth of the Corporation. The Stonier education is important in training its students to identify challenges and create solutions,” William Falger, President and CEO of CNB Bank, went on to say, “We are confident that by extending this knowledge into our operations divisions that Rich will continue to excel in his career.” A native of Clearfield, Rich is a 1994 graduate of Clearfield Area High School and a 1998 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, with a B.S. in Accounting. As part of his college curriculum, Rich completed a summer internship working in the Internal Audit Department of CNB’s Main office in downtown, Clearfield. Mr. Greslick joined CNB permanently after college graduation to participate in the Bank’s Management Training program, which he completed in April, 1999. Following this intensive training, he obtained a position in the Bank’s Finance Department as Finance Assistant/Purchasing Manager and in 2003, earned a promotion to Banking Officer/Controller. In 2007, he was promoted to Vice President/Controller and later that same year, his title changed to Vice President/Operations. In his current position, Mr. Greslick is responsible for the general operations of the Corporation. This includes Branch Administration, Human Resources, Wealth Management, and the IT Department. He also serves on the Asset Liability Committee and assists in oversight of Holiday Financial Services Corporation.
