Bauer to Manage CNB Bank Office in Johnsonburg

Johnsonburg, Pennsylvania - May 14, 2009

William F. Falger, President and CEO of CNB Bank, announced the appointment of Renee Bauer to the position of Branch Supervisor for the Johnsonburg office, located at 601 Market Street.

In this position, Mrs. Bauer's primary responsibilities will be developing and maintaining consumer loan and deposit relationships in the Johnsonburg area and for the overall operations of the Bank's branch office.

Mrs. Bauer joined CNB Bank in October, 2008, to participate in the Bank's Management Training Program. The Management Training Program was developed in order to provide an ongoing supply of personnel who are trained for future entry-level management positions. The training consists of both in-house classroom and on-the-job learning experiences. Trainees are assigned a specified amount of time in departments of the bank in order to observe and serve in various capacities thus acquiring a working knowledge of individual operations and management styles. This structured program lasts for a period of six months. Mrs. Bauer completed the training program in March, 2009.

Before joining CNB, Mrs. Bauer was Investment Assistant for A to Z Investments, where she reviewed portfolios, provided customer service, and performed account maintenance and research. Renee also worked for Innovative Sintered Metals as an Office Assistant, where she primarily provided customer service, managed accounts receivables, and developed orders and reports.

A native of St. Marys, Renee graduated from Elk County Catholic High School in 2000 prior to attaining her B.S. in Business Administration, with a major in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University Behrend College in 2005.

Renee is a member of Sacred Heart Church in St. Marys and is an active volunteer for various activities throughout the community. She currently resides in St. Marys with her husband, DJ.
