News CNB Bank Announces Swanson to Manage Warren Office/Shrader to Lead Business Development Warren, PA - February 6, 2009 In this position, Mrs. Swanson's primary responsibilities will be facilitating customer relationships, handling loan requests, opening new accounts and managing the daily operations of the Bank's branch office. Veteran banker, Chuck Shrader, will be responsible for building and managing commercial loan relationships and for developing new business relationships in the Warren area. Mrs. Swanson began her banking career with Pennbank in 1985 as a part-time teller. She advanced through various positions of responsibility and supervision during her years of service, to include receptionist, safe deposit clerk, consumer loan clerk, commercial credit coordinator and consumer lender. Terri later became a Private Banking Associate and managed the Penn Franklin and North Warren branches. She joined CNB Bank in October, 2007 as a Banking Officer, specializing in consumer loans and mortgages. A native of Russell, PA, Terri graduated from Eisenhower High school in 1984. After high school, she attended Jamestown Community College and since then has taken professional development courses from Robert Morris Associates, Career Track, Fred Pryor Seminars, PC Solutions and Dale Carnegie, along with many in-house banking courses and seminars. Terri currently resides in Warren with her husband, John. A native of Youngwood, PA, Chuck graduated from Hempfield Area senior High School in 1970. He went on to receive his B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island in 1974, and has attended a number of banking schools to include the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Central Atlantic School of Banking at Bucknell University, Bank Administration Institute at the University of Wisconsin, Community Banking, and the Central Atlantic School of Commercial Lending at Bucknell University. Mr. Shrader has been active in a number of community, civic, and charitable organizations in the Warren area and currently resides in Warren with his wife, Kathy. "Chuck and Terri have over 50 years of combined banking experience to offer the Warren community. William F. Falger, President and CEO of CNB Bank, recently announced Terri Swanson will manage the operations of CNB Bank's Warren office and Chuck Shrader will lead business development efforts from the Warren office located at 301 Pennsylvania Avenue West.
Mr. Shrader began his banking career in the Management Training Program with the former Warren National Bank in 1978. He held various positions throughout the years and when he left Marine Bank (the former PNC Bank) in 1992 to join Integra Bank (successor to National City) his title was Vice President/Commercial Lending. Prior to joining CNB in 2003 to facilitate the opening of the Bank's Loan Production Office in the Warr-Penn building, Mr. Shrader was Vice President/Private Banking for National City.
